2. Information we process

When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry, assess whether we may be able to assist, and communicate with you about possible next steps. The form does not ask for a telephone number or accept file uploads.

If you email us directly, we process your email address, message and any other information you choose to include so that we can respond.

When you access the website, our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, the time of your request and information about your browser or device. The exact logging configuration and retention still need to be confirmed before public launch.

3. Contact form and email providers

Vercel hosts the website and runs the contact-form function. The function on our tested deployment ran in Frankfurt, Germany. This does not mean that every part of Vercel's service processes or stores information only in Germany.

Resend sends contact-form enquiries to our mailbox at contact@bh.zuerich. Resend states that it stores customer data, including email content and delivery logs, in the United States. Its standard email-data retention is 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans; Enterprise arrangements may differ.

Mifaweb provides our email mailboxes. Mifaweb and its service providers process email information to deliver and maintain that service. We are confirming where mailbox data is stored or accessed and will update this notice when that information is available.

4. Processing outside Switzerland

Information submitted through the contact form is processed in Germany by the Vercel function on the tested deployment and is also handled by Resend in the United States. Other locations may be involved in hosting or email operations; details about Vercel and Mifaweb are still being verified. We do not claim that enquiries remain exclusively in Switzerland or Europe.

5. How long we keep enquiries

We aim to delete initial enquiry emails from our own mailbox within six months if the enquiry does not become an engagement. We may keep correspondence longer where needed for an engagement, a legal obligation or a dispute. Our mailbox practice does not determine how long copies or logs remain with our service providers.

6. Cookies and analytics

We have not added analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or embedded videos to this website. Before public launch, we will check whether the production website or its providers use any cookies or similar browser storage and update this section accordingly.

7. Your privacy requests

You may ask what personal data we hold about you or request that inaccurate data be corrected or data be deleted, subject to applicable law. Please write to info@bh.zuerich. We will assess your request and respond as required by applicable law.

8. Initial enquiries

Please do not send confidential, sensitive or urgent information through the contact form. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create an engagement or a professional-client relationship.
